Warm from the oven with a tender bite, this Gluten Free Bread Recipe turns simple pantry staples into a loaf that feels bakery-fresh, easy to bake, sliceable for toast, and perfect for everyday cravings.
1½ cups gluten-free flour mix 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar ¾ cup warm water 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp salt 1 egg
Activate yeast with warm water and sugar; let it bubble for 5 minutes.
Mix flour, psyllium husk, and salt in a bowl.
Add egg, oil, and yeast mixture; beat into a thick batter-like dough.
Transfer to a lined loaf tin and let it rise in a warm spot for 30 minutes.
Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until the crust feels firm and sounds hollow.
