A simple salad is a refreshing mix of crunchy vegetables, tangy dressing, and light seasoning. It is easy to prepare, healthy, and makes for a quick side dish or a light meal on its own.
1 cucumber (sliced) 1 tomato (sliced) 1 carrot (grated or sliced) ½ onion (sliced) A handful of lettuce or spinach leaves 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp black pepper powder Salt to taste
Wash and slice all vegetables evenly.
Place cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, and greens in a large bowl.
Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice, then toss well.
Serve fresh as a side or light meal.
