Simple Mushroom Recipe: Easy & Light Dish For Quick Dinners

This mushroom recipe is easy to prepare and makes a tasty side dish or light main meal. With basic spices and a short cooking time, it is wholesome and satisfying.

Ingredients

200 g mushrooms (sliced) 1 onion (finely chopped) 2 tomatoes (chopped) 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp garam masala Salt to taste Fresh coriander for garnish

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion until golden, then add ginger-garlic paste.

Step 2

Mix in tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt, then cook until soft.

Step 3

Add mushrooms and stir well, cooking on medium flame until tender. Sprinkle garam masala and mix.

Step 4

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
