Steamed egg mixture is used in a double boiler on a gas top to make egg kulfi. It has a thick body because of the gram flour. It's an excellent snack. For lunch and dinner, you can also make it into a curry. This is a very unusual approach to egg-based meals; it's tart, salty, and somewhat sweet.
5 boiled eggs ¼ cup of chopped onions ¼ cup of chopped bell peppers 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves 2-4 green chillies, chopped Freshly ground black pepper powder 1 tablespoon of corn flour 2 tablespoons of milk Cooking oil as required
In a bowl, crack the eggs and add all the ingredients. Whisk it to perfection.
Oil the kulfi moulds. Pour the mixture into the kulfi moulds.
Steam it for 10-12 minutes in a double boiler or steamer. Let it cook into a fluffy consistency.
Remove from the boiler/steamer. Let it cool. Remove from the mould.

Shallow fry the egg kulfi until the sides turn light brow. Serve with tea or coffee.
