Gluten-free pizza proves you don’t need wheat for a crisp base and cheesy bite. With a balanced flour blend and the right baking trick, this version delivers structure, flavour, and a slice worth craving.
1 cup gluten-free flour blend ½ cup warm water 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp olive oil ¼ cup pizza sauce ½ cup mozzarella cheese ¼ cup sliced veggies of choice
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; rest 5 minutes until slightly foamy.
Combine flour blend, salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture to form a soft dough.
Spread dough onto parchment into a thin round; no heavy kneading needed.
Pre-bake the base at 200°C for 8 minutes, until lightly firm.
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings, then bake again until the edges turn golden.
