Shirataki noodles stir fry is a healthy, low-calorie meal made with vegetables, soy sauce, and light seasoning, perfect for dinner.
200 g shirataki noodles 1 tbsp oil 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1 onion (sliced) ½ cup capsicum (sliced) ½ cup carrots (julienned) 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp vinegar ½ tsp chilli flakes Salt to taste
Rinse and boil shirataki noodles for 2–3 minutes.
Heat oil, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add onion, capsicum, and carrots, stir-fry quickly.
Mix in noodles with soy sauce, vinegar, and seasoning.
Toss well and serve hot.
