For the last Sawan Somwar, whip up sabudana cutlets for breakfast or a quick snack. Ready in under 15 minutes, pre-soaked sabudana can help you cook even faster. Follow this 4-step recipe.
1 cup sabudana 2 boiled potatoes 1/2 cup roasted peanuts 2-3 green chillies 1 inch of ginger 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon cumin seeds Rock salt to taste Oil for frying
Rinse and soak sabudana till soft. Drain excess water.
Mix sabudana with potatoes, peanuts, chillies, ginger, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, and rock salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into cutlets.
Heat some oil and fry the cutlets, shallow or deep, until they are crispy. Add to your vrat thali.
