1 cup kuttu ka atta (buckwheat flour)  1 ripe banana, mashed  1/2 cup milk or water  2 tablespoons jaggery powder  1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder  Pure ghee for pan frying  Fresh fruits for topping

Step 1

Whisk the buckwheat flour, mashed banana, jaggery powder, and cardamom powder together in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

 Gradually add the milk or water while stirring continuously to create a smooth, pourable pancake batter without any lumps.

Step 3

Heat a flat pan over medium heat, brush generously with pure ghee, and pour a ladle of batter onto the surface, spreading it slightly.
