Chilla is a quick go-to breakfast and snacking option. To make it vrat-friendly, here’s a sabudana chilla recipe that you can make this Sawan. Ready in under 15 minutes, follow these 4 steps to make the chilla.
1 cup sabudana 1-2 boiled potatoes 1-2 green chillies 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger 1/4 teaspoon jeera 1 tablespoon curd Rock salt to taste Oil for cooking
Rinse and soak sabudana till soft. Drain the water.
Mix with mashed potatoes, green chillies, jeera, rock salt, black salt, and curd.
Once smooth, heat a tawa and pour a ladleful of the batter, and spread it into a circle.
Cook on both sides until crispy, then serve with a bowl of dahi and chutney.
