This sauté vegetable recipe delivers a colourful mix of crisp, tender veggies bursting with freshness. Quick, wholesome, and flavourful, it’s perfect as a side dish or a healthy main for busy days.
1 tbsp olive oil/butter 1 tsp chopped garlic ½ cup sliced carrots ½ cup chopped beans 1 cup broccoli florets 1 cup mixed bell peppers To taste salt ½ tsp black pepper
Heat 1 tbsp oil/butter in a wide pan over medium heat until hot.
Add 1 tsp of garlic and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant, without browning.
Add carrots and beans, then cook for 2-3 minutes since they take longer to soften.
Add broccoli and bell peppers, then sauté another 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Season with salt and pepper, toss well, and serve warm.
