2 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds) 3 cups water 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste) 1 tsp lemon juice A pinch of black salt Ice cubes
Soak fennel seeds in a cup of water overnight.
Blend the soaked fennel seeds with water until smooth and strain the mixture.
Add sugar, lemon juice, and black salt to the strained liquid and mix well.
Add 2 cups of water, mix and serve chilled with ice cubes.
