Light, crunchy, and packed with freshness, this salad wrap combines colourful veggies, creamy dressing, and soft wraps. Ideal for quick meals, it’s a healthy, portable, and flavour-filled choice for busy days.
2 whole wheat wraps ½ cup shredded lettuce ¼ cup grated carrots ½ thinly sliced cucumber ¼ cup thinly sliced bell peppers 2 tbsp hung curd ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste Optional: ½ cup grilled paneer
MIx lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and bell peppers in a bowl.
Add hung curd, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Lightly toast wraps on both sides to make them soft and pliable.
Spread the veggie mix in the centre, add paneer if desired.
Roll tightly, slice diagonally, and serve fresh with chutney or dip.
