Sabudana Khichdi: Healthy Dish Prepared Quickly On Weekdays

Sabudana khichdi is a popular dish prepared when people fast, but due to its easy recipe, working professionals can make it on weekdays. It offers nourishment, satisfies hunger, and keeps you full for a long time. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients

1 cup sabudana 1-2 green chillies ½ cup peanuts ½ tsp cumin seeds 1 chopped potato 2 tbsp ghee A pinch of pepper 2 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1

Wash sago pearls and keep them aside for a couple of hours.

Step 2

Toast peanuts in the kadhai and keep them aside.

Step 3

Take a kadhai, heat ghee in it. Toss cumin seeds and green chillies

Step 4

Add chopped potatoes and cook until they soften.

Step 5

Toss peanuts and sago pearls into the kadhai. Season the ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6

Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve and enjoy.
