Sabudana Chilla: Quick And Crispy Breakfast Ready In 4 Steps

On busy mornings when you’re tied up between getting ready, attending meetings, and prepping breakfast, sabudana chilla can be a healthy option. Follow these steps and don’t skip breakfast.

Ingredients

1 cup sabudana 1-2 boiled potatoes 1-2 green chillies 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger 1/4 teaspoon jeera 1 tablespoon curd Rock salt to taste Black salt to taste Oil for cooking

Step 1

Rinse and soak sabudana till soft. Drain the water.

Step 2

Mix with mashed potatoes, green chillies, jeera, rock salt, black salt, and curd.

Step 3

Once smooth, heat a tawa and pour a ladleful of the batter, and spread it into a circle.

Step 4

Cook on both sides until crispy, then serve with a bowl of dahi and chutney.
