Don’t skip your snack time because you’re running out of that LPG cylinder. Instead, make crispy hara bhara kebabs in your air fryer, pair them with a chutney or ketchup, and serve with hot tea.
2 cups chopped spinach leaves 1 cup boiled peas 2 potatoes 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup chopped coriander 2 green chillies 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon chaat masala
Take all the veggies, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and mix them together.
Mix in breadcrumbs, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.
You can choose to fry, grill, or even bake the kebabs till they are crispy.
Once they are cooked, you can serve them with green or red chutney.
