In India, each household has a different recipe for chutney that pairs exceptionally well with snacks. Many foodies love to spread these delicious pastes on bread or parathas and enjoy their tangy and spicy flavour. Here is how you can make roasted garlic and tomato chutney.
5-6 cloves of garlic 3-4 green chillies 2 tomatoes Salt to taste ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp oil 10 grams coriander leaves 1 tsp red chilli powder
Heat oil in a pan while you wash and cut the tomatoes in a round shape.
Roast garlic, tomatoes, and green chillies in oil until the tomatoes are soggy.
Sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and cook the ingredients for a minute.
Transfer the ingredients into a mortar and pestle and beat them.
Add coriander leaves and pound the ingredients again.
Serve roasted garlic and tomato chutney with stuffed parathas and sandwiches.
