Rice murukku is a crunchy snack that adds to the flavours of the evening tea. It can be paired with coffee or served to guests with water, juice, and mocktails. Check out the recipe.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead them into a soft dough.
Make sure there are no cracks in the dough.
Fill the murukku press with a small amount of the dough.
While the oil is heating, press the dough through the machine on a ladle.
Dip it into hot oil and cook until it is crispy and slightly brown.
Let the tissues soak up excess oil before storing murukku in an airtight container.
