Crispy corn is crunchy, lightly spiced and addictive from the first bite. The cornflour coating helps the kernels turn golden and crisp without becoming oily. A sprinkle of chaat masala and chilli powder adds the typical street-style punch. It’s quick to make and perfect for tea-time snacks or party platters.

Ingredients

1 cup boiled sweet corn 2 tbsp cornflour ½ tsp chilli powder ½ tsp chaat masala Salt, oil

Step 1

Pat the sweet corn dry and toss with cornflour and salt until lightly coated.

Step 2

Fry on medium heat until the kernels crisp up and turn golden.

Step 3

Sprinkle chilli powder and chaat masala while still hot.

Step 4

Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
