When you go out for a buffet, cajun potatoes are the popular starters and the most delicious ones. You just cannot have enough of them on your plate. How about replicating the restaurant-style recipe in your kitchen?
15 baby potatoes Water Salt to taste ¼ cup maida, corn flour 1 tsp herbs, pepper ½ tsp chilli flakes, garlic powder 1 tsp chilli sauce ¾ cup mayonnaise ½ tsp paprika, onion powder 3 tbsp milk 1 tsp coriander leaves 1 tsp chopped onion
Boil baby potatoes in some water and salt.
Once potatoes are done, smash them with the back of a glass.
Toss potatoes with chilli flakes, garlic powder, corn flour, maida, pepper, and herbs.
Deep-fry the potatoes until they are crispy and brown.
Mix chilli flakes, herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, milk, chilli sauce, and salt with mayonnaise.
Pour this blend over potatoes along with coriander leaves and chopped onion. Enjoy!
