India’s 76th Republic Day is just around the corner. Why don’t you commemorate the day by watching the parade and making delicious tricolour dishes? Here are some tricolour recipes you can try.
Rice can be made in different colours to resemble the tricolour. With spinach, coconut, and carrot-infused rice, you can make pulao.
Take three slices of bread and spread orange and green colour chutney between them for a tricolour sandwich.
Marinate the paneer cubes in different colours, like saffron and spinach puree. Grill and serve tricolour paneer tikka.
Make three batches of idli of orange, white, and green colours. Arrange them as the national flag and serve.
For a tricolour dessert, you can layer green, white, and orange layers of cream or fruits to make a parfait.
