This sprouts chaat recipe is light, colourful, and full of texture. With protein-rich sprouts, lemon juice, and tangy chutneys, it’s a delicious and wholesome snack for evenings or post-workout hunger.
1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, moth beans) 1 small tomato (chopped) 1 small onion (chopped) 1 green chilli (chopped) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp tamarind chutney Chaat masala and salt to taste
Boil the sprouts lightly for 2–3 minutes and drain.
Combine them with tomato, onion, and green chilli in a mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice, chutney, chaat masala, and salt.
Toss well and serve fresh for maximum crunch and tang.
