The refreshing paneer salad is the perfect blend of health and flavour. Loaded with protein, crunchy veggies, and tangy lemon dressing, it is perfect for quick lunches or post-workout meals. Every bite is a burst of freshness, making it a healthy yet delicious dish.
200 g cubed paneer 1 chopped cucumber 1 chopped tomato ½ sliced bell pepper ½ sliced thin onion 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste Fresh coriander for garnish
Cut paneer into bite-sized cubes and slightly toast them on a non-stick pan until they turn golden on all sides.
Chop the cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces for a balanced texture.
Take a mixing bowl and combine all chopped vegetables with some toasted paneer cubes.
Prepare a dressing by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until it turns smooth and tangy.
Pour the dressing over the paneer and the chopped veggies. Toss it gently to coat everything.
Keep the salad for rest for about 5–10 minutes to let the flavours mix beautifully.
Garnish the paneer salad with fresh coriander and serve it chilled or at room temperature.
