Mint chutney brings sharp, fresh flavours that instantly brighten snacks, chaats and parathas. The blend of mint, coriander and lemon creates a balanced, cooling taste, while green chilli adds a subtle kick. It keeps well in the fridge and often tastes even better the next day.
1 cup mint leaves ½ cup coriander leaves 1 green chilli ½ tsp cumin Salt and lemon juice
Add mint, coriander, chilli, cumin and salt to a blender.
Pour in a splash of water and blend to a smooth paste.
Stir in lemon juice and refrigerate until needed.
