Refreshing Chia Lemonade is a cooling drink made with soaked chia seeds, lemon juice, and a touch of sweetness. It is hydrating, nutritious, and ideal for keeping the body energised during summer.
2 tbsp chia seeds 2 glasses chilled water 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tsp honey or sugar (adjust to taste) Ice cubes as needed Mint leaves for garnish
Soak chia seeds in half a glass of water for 20–30 minutes until they swell up.
In a jug, mix chilled water, lemon juice, honey or sugar, and stir well.
Add the soaked chia seeds and mix again.
Pour into serving glasses, add ice cubes, and garnish with mint leaves.
