Mango Sorbet is a refreshing, icy treat made with ripe mangoes with a light, smooth texture, bursting with a tropical flavour. Read the recipe, with just a few ingredients, to create a simple sweet treat for dessert.
2 peeled & chopped ripe mangoes 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste) 1 tbsp lime juice
Blend mangoes, water, sugar and lime juice until it gets smooth.
Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer.
Stir the mixture with a fork every 30 minutes to break up any ice crystals for 2-3 hours, until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
Scoop the sorbet and enjoy a tropical, fresh dessert.
