Are you looking for desserts to set your Iftar spread? This Ramadan, add the traditional doodh vali seviya topped with a generous amount of dry fruits and nuts. Follow these 4 steps and make the dessert.
1/2 cup vermicelli 2 cups milk Sugar to taste 2 tablespoons ghee A pinch of cardamom powder Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Heat some ghee and roast vermicelli till golden brown.
In another pan, heat some milk. Let it boil and then simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the roasted vermicelli and sugar to the milk. Cook till the sugar dissolves.
Mix in a pinch of cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.
