Rajgira halwa is a healthier spin on the traditional Indian dessert. If you are looking for a gluten-free or vrat-friendly dessert option, rajgira halwa can satiate all your cravings, that too without any guilt.
1 cup rajgira atta 1 cup milk 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup ghee 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder Chopped nuts for garnish
Roast the rajgira atta till fragrant. Set aside.
In a separate pan, mix milk, water, ghee, and sugar. Let it simmer.
Mix in roasted flour and cardamom powder and cook till the mixture thickens.
Garnish with chopped nuts and serve it warm.
