One of the easiest and quickest preparations is Rajasthani sev tamatar ki sabzi. Boasting a red hue from the chilli powder and an irresistible taste from sev, this is a must-try for everyone who thinks a meal is not complete without namkeen.
1 cup Ratlami sev 1 sliced onion 1 chopped tomato, chilli 1 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp coriander powder ¼ tsp garam masala, turmeric Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp oil
Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds to it.
Sprinkle turmeric powder, and add sliced onions, green chilli, and ginger garlic paste.
Once onions start caramelising, add tomatoes, salt to taste, and other spices.
Cook the ingredients with a lid on until the tomatoes are mushy and the blend has released oil.
Turn off the flame and top it with Ratlami sev and coriander leaves.
Mix the ingredients and enjoy this spicy delight with paratha.
