Rajasthani churma is often served with dal bati, but you can also include it in any traditional thali and complete the meal. Here is how you can make it at home and relish a sweet component on your plate.
1 cup atta 1 cup sooji 2 tbsp oil ½ cup milk Oil for frying 1 cup dry fruits 3 tbsp powdered sugar
Mix atta and sooji in a bowl and add oil to it.
When the mixture starts binding, add milk and knead a soft dough.
Make small balls with the dough and deep-fry them until brown and crispy.
When balls cool off, saute dry fruits in ghee. Cool them off.
Blend the balls and dry fruits in the grinder. Combine them.
Add powdered sugar, stir the ingredients, and enjoy the churma.
