Easy Avocado Sandwich Recipe For A Quick Meal

Avocado Sandwich is a simple and tasty dish that combines creamy avocado with fresh vegetables and light seasoning. It makes a filling and nourishing choice for breakfast, lunch, or even a quick evening snack.

Ingredients

4 slices whole wheat or multigrain bread 1 ripe avocado (mashed) ½ cucumber (thinly sliced) 1 small tomato (sliced) ½ onion (sliced) 1 green chilli (finely chopped, optional) ½ tsp black pepper powder Salt to taste Lemon juice to taste Butter or olive oil for toasting

Step 1

Spread butter or lightly brush olive oil on bread slices. Toast them on a pan until crisp.

Step 2

Mix the mashed avocado with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Spread the avocado mix on two bread slices, then layer cucumber, tomato, onion, and chilli.

Step 4

Cover with the remaining bread slices and press gently. Slice and serve warm with chutney or ketchup.
