Ragi Poha: Unique Twist To India's Favourite Snack

Ragi poha is a unique but healthy twist to the traditional poha recipe. It is nutritious, easy to cook, and perfect for people who are trying to be conscious of what they eat. Here is a quick recipe to try.

Ingredients

1 green chilli 2 cups ragi poha 7-8 curry leaves Salt to taste 1/2 tsp red chilli 1 medium onion 1 capsicum 1 tsp mustard oil 2-3 tsp raw peanuts 2 tbsp mustard oil 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp coriander

Step 1

Wash ragi poha and keep it in a strainer so the excess water can drain.

Step 2

Heat oil in a kadhai, and add green chillies and mustard oil.

Step 3

Add peanuts and fry until they are slightly brown. 

Step 4

Add onion and saute until the slices are pink.

Step 5

Cook other vegetables with salt and a few spices.

Step 6

Fold in ragi poha and cook. After 3-4 minutes, garnish it and enjoy.
