Do you need a gluten-free recipe for pancakes? Millet flour like ragi offers the ideal gluten-free alternative! This will make your favourite dish healthy for your digestive system. Now you can have pancakes every day without experiencing stomach aches or indigestion.
¾ cup milk 1 cup ragi flour A pinch of salt ¼ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp cardamom powder 1 tsp melted butter 1 banana 1 tbsp yoghurt Butter for pancakes ½ tsp baking powder 1 tbsp sugar
Mash the banana in a large bowl and add yoghurt, milk, sugar, and butter to it.
Add cardamom powder, baking powder, and baking soda to this blend.
Fold the ragi flour into the banana mixture and make a lump-free batter.
If the batter is thick, you can add more milk to it.
Pour a ladle full of batter on a hot griddle. Apply butter on the edges.
Flip the pancake and cook the other side before serving.
