For people with a sweet tooth following a diet, having dessert often brings a wave of guilt. To have a rather healthy treat, try these gluten-free ragi ladoos made with desi ghee, jaggery, and lots of nuts.
1 cup ragi 1 cup jaggery 1/4 cup desi ghee 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Heat some desi ghee, then add gud and stir constantly until melted.
Dry roast ragi. Add the melted jaggery, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.
Let the mixture cool and shape it into small balls.
Place the ladoos on a plate and garnish with dry fruits.
