Mithai is the best part of an Indian meal. If you want to have a gluten-free sweet, whip up ragi laddus and soak in the goodness of millets, desi ghee, and gud. Try this recipe and enjoy a treat after your meals.
1 cup ragi atta 1 cup jaggery 1/4 cup ghee 1/4 cup chopped nuts Cardamom powder
Heat grated jaggery on low heat to make a thick syrup.
In a separate pan, roast ragi ka atta till it’s fragrant. Mix in jaggery syrup.
Stir in ghee, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts until the mixture thickens.
Take small portions, make balls out of the mixture, and serve.
