Rich in calcium and iron, ragi dosa is a light, crispy, and nutritious spin on the traditional rice-based dosa. To make it at home, follow this recipe and pair the ragi dosa with sambar and nariyal chutney.
1 cup ragi flour ¼ cup rice flour ¼ cup rava 1 cup curd 1-1½ cups water 1 green chilli 1 tbsp chopped coriander Salt to taste Oil or ghee for cooking
Mix ragi flour, rice flour, rava, curd, and water in a bowl.
Once you get a consistent batter, mix salt, green chilli, and coriander. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat a tawa and pour a ladleful of batter in circular motion.
Cook till the ragi dosa is crispy and golden brown on both sides.
Transfer it to a plate and serve with sambar and coconut chutney.
