This quinoa dosa is crisp at the edges, soft in the middle and naturally high in protein. It is a wholesome alternative to regular dosa and pairs well with chutney or sambar.
1 cup quinoa ½ cup urad dal 2 tbsp poha Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Wash quinoa, urad dal and poha, then soak them together for 4–5 hours.
Grind into a smooth batter and let it ferment overnight.
Add salt and adjust the consistency with a little water.
Spread the batter on a hot tawa, drizzle oil and cook until crisp and golden.
