Can you even celebrate World Chocolate Day without the gooey dessert, brownie? If you love chocolate, try this eggless brownie recipe that can be easily made by beginner bakers in 6 simple steps.
1 cup maida ¼ cup cocoa powder ¾ cup powdered sugar ½ tsp baking powder A pinch of salt ½ cup milk ½ cup butter 1 tsp vanilla essence ½ cup dark chocolate, melted ¼ cup chopped nuts
Preheat the oven and grease a baking tray. Set the tray aside.
Whisk melted butter and sugar. Add milk, melted chocolate, and vanilla essence.
In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chopped nuts.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Don't overbake, or you'll lose that fudgy goodness.
Let the brownies cool. Cut them into slices and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
