Raw spring onions bring a sharp bite that wakes up instantly with lemon and salt; paired with crunchy veggies and a light dressing, this salad hits crisp, juicy, and bold on every fork.
1 cup finely chopped spring onions(bulb + greens) 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 finely chopped green chilli
Add chopped spring onions, cucumber, and tomatoes to a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle salt and pepper, then toss lightly.
Add lemon juice and olive oil over the salad.
Mix well so everything gets evenly coated.
Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then serve fresh and crunchy.
