1 cup semolina (rava) flour 1/2 cup curd (yoghurt) 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste Oil for frying chopped onions green chillies coriander leaves
In a bowl, combine semolina flour, curd, water, cumin seeds, green chilli, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Then pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and add toppings.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
