Short on time and lagging behind on your protein intake for the day? Follow this quick paneer recipe and whip a creamy serving of bhurji in just ten minutes. Pair it with roti, raita, and salad for a balanced meal.
200 grams paneer 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 tomato 1-inch ginger 3-4 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves Oil for cooking
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala.
Mix in crumbled paneer and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with a roti.
