Paneer bhurji, every vegetarian’s go-to meal for a quick protein fix, is classic for a reason. Made with the usual kitchen ingredients and ready in under 15 minutes, here’s how to whip up paneer bhurji.
200 grams paneer, crumbled 1 onion 1 green chilli 1 tomato 1-inch ginger 3-4 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp coriander leaves Oil for cooking
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Saute onions till golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala.
Mix in crumbled paneer and cook for a few minutes. Season with salt.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with a roti.
