Sabudana tikki is a popular vrat-friendly dish that is made as a part of many vrat vali thalis.
For a salad bowl, you can take chopped beetroot and mix it with other veggies with a squeeze of lemon.
Cook some boiled potatoes in a curd-based gravy for a healthy and light meal.
For a South Indian meal, you can make dosa with kuttu atta, green chillies, water, and sendha namak.
Meethe pude, usually made with wheat flour, can be made fast-friendly with kutta atta or singhare ka atta.
