Fruit cream is a chilled dessert that comes together quickly and relies on texture rather than cooking. Lightly sweetened cream and firm fruits keep it balanced and refreshing. It works best when assembled close to serving time so the cream stays airy and the fruits retain bite.
1½ cups fresh whipping cream 3 tbsp icing sugar ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 cup apple, diced 1 cup grapes, halved ½ cup banana slices ½ cup pomegranate pearls
Whip cream with icing sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Chill the whipped cream for 15–20 minutes.
Gently fold in the fruits just before serving.
Serve chilled as a quick dessert after meals.
