Mango Salsa is the perfect fresh, tangy and sweet dip for tacos, grilled meats, seafood or simply for crispy chips. Quick and easy to prepare, the salsa is sure to become your go-to summer favourite.
1 ripe peeled and diced mango 1/2 finely chopped red onion 1-2 deseeded and finely chopped jalapeño peppers 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1 juiced lime Salt to taste Pepper to taste
In a bowl, mix diced mango, chopped red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Stir after adding lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Refrigerate the salsa for 10-15 minutes
Serve with tortilla chips, grilled chicken or tacos!
