Quick Mango Salad Recipe: Make This Refreshing Summer Bowl

Summer is all about trying different recipes with the king of fruits, mango. To try something easy and healthy, make this spicy mango salad that is both refreshing and satisfying.

Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes 1/2 cucumber 1 red bell pepper 1/4 onion 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1/4 cup chopped mint 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon grated ginger Salt and black pepper to taste

Step 1

Combine the diced mango, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and mint.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.

Step 4
