The festive season calls for some traditional Indian desserts. One of the popular desserts made during festivities is malpua. To please your sweet tooth, follow this easy recipe to make malpua at home.
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup sooji 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup sugar Cardamom powder - a pinch Oil for frying
Mix atta, sooji, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk for a consistent batter. Let it rest.
Heat some oil. Pour a ladleful of batter into the oil, allowing it to spread into a circle.
Deep-fry till both sides are golden brown.
Drain excess oil, garnish with chopped nuts, and serve.
