Chia pudding is a healthy and no-cook dish made by soaking seeds in milk. The seeds absorb the liquid and swell, creating a pudding-like texture. This pudding is easy to make and perfect for meal prepping and busy mornings.
3 tbsp chia seeds 1 cup milk 1-2 tsp honey ½ tsp vanilla extract Fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for topping
In a bowl, add chia seeds, pour in the milk and stir well.
Add honey, vanilla extract and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, allowing the chia seeds to swell and form a pudding-like texture.
Stir before serving. If it’s too thick, add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or granola and serve chilled.
