Namkeen Daliya is a savoury, nutritious, and easy-to-make meal that’s perfect for a quick breakfast or light lunch. Packed with fibre and protein, it’s ideal for a healthy lifestyle.
1 cup broken wheat (daliya) 1 tbsp ghee 1 onion (chopped) 1 carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup peas 1 tsp cumin (jeera) Salt to taste 3 cups water Coriander for garnish
Roast daliya in ghee until golden. In the same pan, sauté cumin, onions, carrots, and peas.
Add water and salt, then bring to a boil. Stir in roasted daliya and cook until soft. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
