Paneer popcorn is a quick and easy snack for kids, made with breaded paneer and deep-fried. It is the best option for vegetarians or paneer lovers and is perfect for any occasion.
200g paneer cut into bite-sized cubes 3 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 1 cup bread crumbs 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp black pepper powder To taste salt As needed water (to make a batter) For frying oil
Mix cornflour, maida, red chilli, garam masala, turmeric, pepper, salt and water to a thick batter.
Dip the paneer cubes in the batter, then roll them in bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil until it turns golden and crispy.
Drain the excess oil and serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
