250g pasta of your choice 1 cup bell pepper, cherry tomatoes 1 cup zucchini, olive 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese ⅓ cup green onion, parsley ½ tsp oregano, pepper ⅓ cup vinegar, olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt to taste
Cook the pasta al dente and let it cool off.
Chop or dice the vegetables and grate the cheese.
Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice for dressing.
Toss vegetables and pasta in a big bowl.
Pour the dressing and give a good mix.
Serve the salad immediately.
